Veneers in Turkey — what they really cost from the UK
E.max porcelain veneers from £200 a tooth, booked from the UK with nothing to pay up front. Here's the honest maths, and where crowns come in.
The cost, plainly
An e.max veneer is £200 per tooth with us (indicative, roughly ±15%), compared with a typical £500–£1,200 per tooth in UK private practice.
A full 8-veneer smile is from £1,740 — that's 8 × £200 plus £140 round-trip airport transfers — versus roughly £4,000–£8,000 in the UK. Flights and hotel are extra.
| Option | Istanbul (via us) | Typical UK private |
|---|---|---|
| E.max veneer (per tooth) | £200 | £500–£1,200 |
| Zirconia crown (per tooth) | £160 | £550–£1,100 |
| 8-veneer smile (inc. transfers) | from £1,740 | £4,000–£8,000 |
Veneers vs crowns
Veneers are thin facings bonded to the front of a tooth, best where the tooth underneath is largely healthy. Zirconia crowns (£160) cover the whole tooth and are often the better choice where a tooth is heavily filled, root-treated or broken down. Which is right for each tooth is a clinical decision — your dentist decides tooth by tooth after examining you and your X-ray.
How many, and how long
Many people do the upper front 6–8 teeth; a broader smile makeover can be 16–20. Preparation and fitting typically runs over a few days, so most veneer trips are planned across a short stay rather than a single day.
An honest word on results
Any smiles or figures we show are typical results — individual results vary. Veneers usually involve removing a little enamel, so they are irreversible, and we can't promise a specific look. Your dentist will talk you through what's realistic for your teeth before anything starts.
